How do I choose a daycare pathway?

After your dog's first 30-minute Meet & Greet, we will refer your dog to the daycare or boarding pathway that best matches their social comfort and confidence. We are unique in that we not only offer three distinct activity pathways based on a dog's social comfort and confidence, but also have each activity groups separated by size.

Boarding FAQs

How do you supervise the dogs?

We are unique in that we have a maximum of 15 dogs in an activity group at one time, with a skilled attendant hands-on in the group. This personalized supervision allows us to report to you all we observe and ensures the safest play-group experience for your dog.

For overnight, we have a skilled attendant in the building, overseeing everyone's safety and tracking sleep quality.

What training methods and tools do you use?

We use only science-backed positive-reinforcement training methods. We use harnesses, flat collars and reward markers (usually a clicker, proven for its efficacy).

What are your boarding requirements?

Meet & Greet: Dogs must first complete a Meet & Greet followed by a minimum of one day of daycare in advance of coming to board with us. If you are not from Edmonton area, please call us at 587-787-3713 for options.

Schedule a Meet & Greet

Pre-boarding visit: Dogs must attend daycare a minimum of one time in the four weeks preceding a boarding start date.

What’s the difference between a Standard Meet & Greet and a Training Meet & Greet?

Standard Meet & Greets assess your dog’s comfort and help guide them into the right daycare or boarding pathway.

Training Meet & Greets are scheduled with a certified trainer and focus on behaviour challenges, goals, method, and recommended training structure for programs like Day Train or Board & Train.
